From my own observation I noticed the fatty tissue in your face starts to disappear as one ages and that makes the nose more protruding or
larger looking.

I had a nose surgery back in 1991 to correct a deviated septum. Cartliage was taken from the inside of the very back of my nose to build a bridge so to speak so it would no longer sink in. When I put my finger on the tip of my nose and push inward, my nose does not move. So I dont think my nose will be afected by gravity. I'm so glad because I have a small cute nose and I'm pretty sure it will stay that way!
